Pezzi keeps business books current with bank feeds, AI categorization and double-entry accounting behind the scenes, so owners and their accountants get tax-ready numbers without the data entry.

Accounting firms can offer Pezzi to their own clients under their own brand.

What Pezzi does

  • —Bank feeds: connect bank and card accounts through Plaid, and transactions sync automatically. Statements can be uploaded for accounts that cannot connect.
  • —AI categorization: Pezzi suggests a category for each transaction and records the balanced double-entry journal entry behind the scenes.
  • —Receipts: each business gets its own email address for receipts, and Pezzi attaches every receipt to the matching bank transaction.
  • —Reconciliation: bank statements are reconciled against the books.
  • —Reports: profit and loss (including month by month), balance sheet, cash flow and transaction reports.
  • —Invoicing and bills: invoices, estimates and recurring invoices for customers; bills and vendors for what the business owes.
  • —Tax center: tax estimates, recommendations and readiness checks, built on categories that carry IRS tax code references.
  • —Existing books: history can be imported from QuickBooks, Wave or Xero export files.
  • —Team access: each business can invite its team with the owner, accountant, bookkeeper or viewer role, or a custom role.

Your first month is free, then the next two months are 50% off. Standard pricing starts in month four. For new subscriptions only; a card is required and you can cancel anytime.

  • —Starter, $84.99/month: up to 5 bank accounts, 500 transactions a month.
  • —Essential, $124.99/month: up to 10 bank accounts, 1,000 transactions a month.
  • —Pro, $165.99/month: unlimited bank accounts, 2,000 transactions a month and Pezzi Advisor.

Starter and Essential can add Pezzi Advisor for $20/month. Transaction counts are monthly allowances: going over never stops your bank sync.

For accounting firms

Pezzi lets accounting firms, CPAs and bookkeepers offer AI-assisted bookkeeping to their clients under their own brand. Your firm pays nothing to offer it: you set each client's monthly price, the client pays your firm through Stripe, and you keep the margin above Pezzi's per-client fee.

Security

Pezzi protects your financial data with bank connections through Plaid (we never see your bank password), encryption in transit and at rest, isolated business accounts with role-based access, and named, multi-factor access for the few staff who run the service.
